Professionally trained, background checked, and courteous technicians will perform once a year a 40-60 minute tune-up and professional cleaning as follows:




AC Tune-up, Professional Cleaning, and Safety Inspection


  1. Technician will record make, model and serial numbers of your equipment in our computer system that will help us and help you if your system fails.
  2. Adjust Thermostat calibration
  3. Clean or replace filters as needed (1” included)
  4. Check condenser pressure and refrigerant levels
  5. Check fan blades and fan motor
  6. Check and clean outdoor coil
  7. Check indoor coil
  8. Inspect service valves
  9. Examine temperatures differences in return and supply
  10. Check the condition of Blower Belt, if applicable
  11. Check primary and secondary drain lines
  12. Check secondary drain pan
  13. Monitor compressor for amperage, high/low voltage wiring
  14. Tighten all electrical connections
  15. Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
  16. Inspect disconnect box for proper rating and installation
  17. Examine contactors for burned and/or pitted contacts
  18. Examine capacitors
  19. Confirm proper return air and size
  20. Check Unit for Time Delay Relay
  21. Check Unit for Isolation Pads
  22. Inspect suction line for proper fittings
  23. Inspect all fittings for signs of oil and/or leakage
  24. Make any recommendations needed to improve performance of system



Furnace Tune-up, Professional Cleaning, and Safety Inspection

  1. Technician will record make, model and serial numbers of your equipment in our computer system that will help us and help you if your system fails
  2. Calibrate and level thermostat
  3. Clean or replace 1" regular filters as needed
  4. Monitor volts/amps on fan motor
  5. Lubricate and inspect bearing for wear
  6. Take amperage reading on blower motor for proper operation
  7. Test blower motor capacitor
  8. Check blower motor bearings (oil if possible)
  9. Check blower belts & pulleys (if applicable)
  10. Inspect blower
  11. Tighten all electrical connections
  12. Inspect safety devices for proper operation
  13. Inspect electrical for exposed wiring
  14. Monitor flue draft
  15. Inspect heat exchanger for dangerous cracks and wear
  16. Check for gas leakage
  17. Measure temperature difference-supply/return
  18. Measure and adjust gas pressure for peak efficiency
  19. Test ignition system for proper operation
  20. Inspect duct work for energy loss
  21. Test air flow duct system for carbon monoxide
  22. Make any recommendations needed to improve performance of system
