Professionally trained, background checked, and courteous technicians will perform once a year a 40-60 minute tune-up and professional cleaning as follows:
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM REJUVENATION and SAFETY 24 Point Check-Up
AC Tune-up, Professional Cleaning, and Safety Inspection
- Technician will record make, model and serial numbers of your equipment in our computer system that will help us and help you if your system fails.
- Adjust Thermostat calibration
- Clean or replace filters as needed (1” included)
- Check condenser pressure and refrigerant levels
- Check fan blades and fan motor
- Check and clean outdoor coil
- Check indoor coil
- Inspect service valves
- Examine temperatures differences in return and supply
- Check the condition of Blower Belt, if applicable
- Check primary and secondary drain lines
- Check secondary drain pan
- Monitor compressor for amperage, high/low voltage wiring
- Tighten all electrical connections
- Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
- Inspect disconnect box for proper rating and installation
- Examine contactors for burned and/or pitted contacts
- Examine capacitors
- Confirm proper return air and size
- Check Unit for Time Delay Relay

- Technician will record make, model and serial numbers of your equipment in our computer system that will help us and help you if your system fails
- Calibrate and level thermostat
- Clean or replace 1" regular filters as needed
- Monitor volts/amps on fan motor
- Lubricate and inspect bearing for wear
- Take amperage reading on blower motor for proper operation
- Test blower motor capacitor
- Check blower motor bearings (oil if possible)
- Check blower belts & pulleys (if applicable)
- Inspect blower
- Tighten all electrical connections
- Inspect safety devices for proper operation
- Inspect electrical for exposed wiring
- Monitor flue draft
- Inspect heat exchanger for dangerous cracks and wear
- Check for gas leakage
- Measure temperature difference-supply/return
- Measure and adjust gas pressure for peak efficiency
- Test ignition system for proper operation
- Inspect duct work for energy loss
- Test air flow duct system for carbon monoxide
- Make any recommendations needed to improve performance of system
